At Patriot Textile Supply, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality textiles to you or your business swiftly and efficiently. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to ensure that you receive your orders in perfect condition and are satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Policy
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take longer.

  • Shipping Methods: We use reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping options may include standard and expedited deliveries.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, packing dimensions and the destination. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible therefore, we provide shipping quotes with the most updated shipping rates and the appropriate shipping carrier based on the size of your order. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used and the delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or you can find the tracking number in your Account under Order History to monitor your delivery status. Click Here to check status of your shipment.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within the United States. Please contact us for any special international shipping requests.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process to make your experience as smooth as possible.

  • Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Photographs of the items being returned will be required when submitting a Returns Request.

  • Returns Process: To initiate a return, either submit a Returns Request or directly reach out to us at: returns@patriottextilesupply.com within 7 days of the delivery date to receive a RMA number and other instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Restocking Fee: Depending on the order, we may charge a small restocking fee to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Samples, Custom or personalized orders, final sale items, and items not returned in their original condition or packaging are not eligible for return.
