Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fee: Depending on the order, we may charge a small restocking fee to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

Non-Returnable Items: Samples, Custom or personalized orders, final sale items, and items not returned in their original condition or packaging are not eligible for return.
